Začnite svoju kariéru v IT (nočné zmeny)

We are a small, successful company in which for more than 20 years new IT specialists for the Czech Internet have been born. We help people and companies to make themselves visible through the Internet. We provide reliable web hosting, Internet domain registration and a wide range of server services. We are not gray mouses, we are an aligned team and we enjoy our work. To a team of enthusiasts, which is our showcase, we are looking for a colleague with a sincere interest in how the Internet world works.

Your task will be

to not let anyone get into trouble if they encounter any complications with the use of our services. Your work will provide expert technical support via phone, email, and chat. You will work mostly at night and at weekends after initial training. It's great if you know a lot about the Internet, but if not, we'll teach you. Your advantage should be the friendly nature and the desire to learn how exactly the basics of internet projects work.

What we expect from you

  • basic orientation in terms such as: upload / download, email client, server, webmail HTML code, PHP, ASP, IP, ftp, DNS, etc.
  • understanding of the view from the other side
  • common communication in English
  • great communication, including email and chat
  • no fear to take the initiative
